ver 20 years experience in the Mortgage market, and are directly authorised and regulated by the financial services authority (F.S.A.). Advice is offered impartially and independently.
We charge a fee for arranging mortgages to cover administration and compliance costs; this is only payable when a formal mortgage offer is produced by the Lender. You will be kept informed of the progress of you application throughout the process, either by telephone, post or e-mail.
On Going Service
We will monitor you mortgage through out its term, to ensure that it continues to be the most suitable mortgage for your needs. We make contact 6-8 weeks before the end of your mortgage deal sop that we can review the product and providers available at that time.
